| Our Instructors must have a minimum of 1500 teaching hours after obtaining Black Belt. All teaching hours are under the direction of Grand Master James Gonzalez. Once they meet the teaching hour requirements they then go through a rigorous training and class room management program. After their training they are required to pass a test. Upon passing the test the then receive the title of Sensei ( Karate Instructor). All of our locations require at least a 5th Degree Black Belt Chief Instructor. Each Instructor in our organization has direct lineage to the art they are teaching, maintaining the purity and effectiveness of the style of Martial Art they are passing on to our future generation. They learn the proper way to instruct students and take pride in their students progress. The Instructor Certification program is not a easy program to pass, since 1980 Grand Master Gonzalez has issued less than 90 Instructor Certificates for a student count of over 3000 applicants. We take our training seriously and teaching the Martial Arts. We only accept the best instructors. We have confidence in our students abilities to defend themselves properly if the situation should arise. We also know our students are receiving the best instruction available. When picking a Martial Arts school, beware of the instructors credentials and abilities. Some schools have no set Instructor Certification program or they let their senior students teach the classes. Experience and proper teaching of techniques are of the utmost importance . We invite anyone to come and meet our Instructors and experience the value and pride we put into each and everyone of our students.
